Congrats to friend of GLSEN, Gigi Gorgeous, on her upcoming YouTube documentary!
According to Variety, the doc will be headed by Oscar-winner Barbara Kopple. “I’ve spent the last five years going through a very personal journey,” Gorgeous said in a statement. “I’m nervous but thrilled to lift the curtain and share my intimate details and experiences through this film on YouTube Red.”

May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month! Before we get on with the post, it’s important to note that these are two groups of diverse people who are very unique in many ways!
